It’s extremely important to us that you are always happy with your purchases so if there’s even the hint of a problem or a query with something you’ve ordered, our customer services team will always try and go above and beyond to sort everything out.

We have yet to come across a problem we haven’t been able to solve.

It is our aim to answer all customer queries within 24 hours. Though we have a break on weekends and Public Holidays, it’s not unheard of that we contact a concerned customer on a Sunday evening just to keep them in the loop.

We don’t shy away from a bit of healthy criticism so if there is something you think we can improve upon please give us a call or drop us an email. Of course we’d rather hear that we’ve done a great job, which, we’re proud to say, is more often than not.
