The availability of items on our website is shown next to the name and description of each item.

When happy with the details of your purchase you can confirm your order by clicking ‘Submit Order’. You will then be able to complete the transaction by paying through our 100% secure online payment system.

Once the transaction is complete your order will be received by our team for processing. In some cases we may request more information to fulfil the order. PowerGrip Sport reserves the right to refuse any order.

The order details are stored electronically. If you require a paper copy please print the ‘Order Confirmation’ that appears on your screen once you have submitted your order. This information is also sent to the email address that you provided.

 

Prices & Delivery

All prices are in Pound Sterling.

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or other courier to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please note that a signature may be required upon receipt of delivery.

 

Payment

Payments can be made by debit card (Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro), credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal.

Payment by cheque or cash in the post will not be accepted. In this case, PowerGripSport is not responsible for any loss. Cheque or cash payment in person will not be accepted.

 

Refunds, exchanges & order cancellations

Customers can cancel orders within 14 days. The period begins from the moment the order is received. In cases of cancellation the customer must contact Powergrip Sport and follow the steps as directed. The customer has a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Upon actual return the purchase will be cancelled and the item costs will be refunded. The cost of the returned item(s) will be credited to the same card or PayPal account by which the payment was made. It is important to return the item(s) in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Delivery costs cannot be refunded.

To make a return, please log in to your customer account or contact us for instructions on how to proceed. If you exercise your right of cancellation, Powergrip Sport will make every effort to reimburse you as soon as possible.

 

Custom Designs

For customised items, we do NOT accept returns and it will be the purchasers responsibility to organise the sizing of the team / club before placing an order.
